1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bcbaji platform, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities made available at https://bcbaji.app ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by bcbaji and is made available exclusively to players located in Bangladesh who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

By registering an account, completing the bcbaji login process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

bcbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the bcbaji website at https://bcbaji.app, including all pages, services, games, and features accessible via bcbaji login.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access the bcbaji Platform.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers an Account on the Platform.
• "Operator" or "bcbaji" means the entity operating the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive operations on the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

The bcbaji Platform is strictly available to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bcbaji enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and for your own account — not as an agent, trustee, or representative of a third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of bcbaji or any of its technology, game, or payment partners.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by bcbaji for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to the Platform.

bcbaji uses automated and manual age verification checks during the registration and withdrawal process. By submitting your date of birth during registration, you warrant that the information is accurate and complete. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Account Registration & Management

Each Player may register and maintain exactly one (1) Account on the bcbaji Platform. The existence of more than one Account per Player — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bcbaji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. bcbaji is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of inaccurate registration information provided by a Player.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bcbaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bcbaji does not impose any currency conversion fees, and there are no hidden charges applied by the Platform to standard deposits or withdrawals.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bcbaji currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts under standard conditions.
• Deposits must be made exclusively from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bcbaji credits deposits to your Account Balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider, typically within 30 seconds for mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• bcbaji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking partners, or telecommunications network outages.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule), where technically possible.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification prior to first release. Subsequent withdrawals above ৳50,000 may require re-verification at bcbaji's discretion.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.
• Any withdrawal request that triggers an automated fraud or anti-money laundering alert will be placed on hold pending manual review. bcbaji will contact the affected Player within 24 hours of placing a hold.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bcbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the general bonus rules set out in this Section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are awarded as Bonus Funds and are held separately from real-money Balance within your Account. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met.
• Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the standard Wagering Requirement for any welcome or deposit bonus on bcbaji is 20x the bonus amount placed on qualifying games within the stated validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate Accounts constitute fraud and will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• bcbaji reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or expire any promotion at any time. Active bonus balances at the time of a promotion change will be honoured under the original terms.
• In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence only with respect to that promotion's mechanics; all other provisions of these Terms continue to apply.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the bcbaji Platform, across all product categories including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino, slots, and crash games.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. bcbaji does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where an event is voided (see Section 7.3).
• Bets may only be placed using the real-money Balance available in your Account at the time of placing. bcbaji does not extend credit to Players.
• bcbaji reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits per event, market, game, or Player account at its sole discretion. Limits may be applied without prior notice.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error on any betting market or game, bcbaji reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Players' Accounts.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Sports betting markets on bcbaji cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other cricket competitions, as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports at bcbaji's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief processing delay to protect against latency exploitation. Bets placed on events that have already concluded will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and resumes within 48 hours of the original start time.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account Balance (not Bonus Funds) in the following circumstances: the event or game round was cancelled or abandoned; a manifest pricing error was identified; the Player was ineligible to place the bet; or bcbaji determines that the integrity of the event was compromised.

7.4 Casino & Slot Game Rules

• All casino games and slots on bcbaji are operated by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are set by the relevant provider and are accessible within the game interface.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer action. bcbaji has no influence over individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the Platform will attempt to resume the round on reconnection. If this is not technically possible, the round may be voided and the stake returned, subject to the relevant game provider's disconnection policy.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bcbaji Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity), and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in game logic, or pricing errors, regardless of whether the exploitation was intentional.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus promotions that bcbaji determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of bcbaji's customer support team or other Players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bcbaji Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game interfaces, and user interface designs, is the proprietary property of bcbaji or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bcbaji content without express written permission from bcbaji.

The bcbaji brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks. You may not use any bcbaji trademark, trade name, or branding in any manner without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bcbaji's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

bcbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if bcbaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this Section limits bcbaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

bcbaji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, complying with anti-money laundering requirements, and providing customer support. bcbaji does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bcbaji operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes not resolved through bcbaji's internal dispute resolution process.

Dispute Resolution Process

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected]. Include your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. bcbaji will acknowledge your submission within 24 hours (BST).
• Step 2 — Internal Review: bcbaji's compliance team will review your submission and provide a written decision within 10 business days of acknowledgement.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may request escalation to bcbaji senior management within 14 days of receiving the initial decision. Senior management will issue a final written determination within a further 10 business days.

No legal proceedings may be commenced against bcbaji until the full internal dispute resolution process has been exhausted, except where interim injunctive relief is sought by a Player to prevent irreparable harm.

14. Amendments & Severability

bcbaji may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page at https://bcbaji.app/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Where amendments are material, bcbaji will use reasonable efforts to notify active Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification at the time of bcbaji login.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of these Terms.

bcbaji's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any future occasion.
